Cheese Dip Recipe

You can tell this recipe for cheese dip is older, as it lists one ingredient as “salad dressing” which is how they used to refer to mayonaise.  :)  Looks like a good recipe if you want something you can “make ahead” and refrigerate.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 ounces of Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 of a medium-sized onion, grated (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of Garlic Salt
  • 2 tablespoons of Milk
  • 1-1/2 ounces of very sharp Old English Cheese
  • 3 tablespoons of Salad Dressing (mayonaise)

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.  Serve immediately or chill in refrigerator in a tightly-closed container.
