Christmas Bread
This Christmas bread is a Julekage, or “yule bread.” Like most traditional Christmas bread, it has candied fruit (in this case, candied cherries) and is hearty and spicy. Unlike fruitcake, Christmas bread is an actual “bread,” with a base of a yeast mixture, and contains less dense on the candied fruits!
